Did a bunch of transplants come in and take over the whole state? To try to be like "KC" and other big cities. I'm not voting for Obama for a variety of reasons including the Ayers deal, but the fact that Ayers is speaking at UNL doesn't bother me. If a person doesn't want to listen to him, they don't have to go. This is still America, well at least until Obama is in charge.

Ahhh...good ole Rush Limbaugh. I love listening to his show every once in a while. I love when people call in and kiss his a$$. I love how you hardly ever hear anyone call in with a differing view.
Why?
Because he crumbles like a cookie. He doesn't operate on logic, he operates on rhetoric. I have heard a few people call him and just incinerate his a$$ with facts and a logical thought process. It's hilarious to listen to Rush bumble around and then cut the person off while saying, "Well, we don't have anymore time for that...we have to go to break."
If you "fans" can't see that it does reflect on a University when after 911 he said they should have bombed us more. Any apology? Would you invite him to date your daughter? Get a clue. Nebraska is my home and I am proud of the character that Nebraska has with sports. Its a problem because "fans" are more worried about beer and women than having character and letting them "drop" about their beliefs in public forums. Where does UNL get there money from anyway? How much money does the government have? The only money the government has is the money you let them take out of your wallet!

Holy sh#t. Nebraska is a PUBLIC University. It has absolutely no responsibility to take political sides. The University of Illinois by giving him a professorship apparently doesn't think his past extremist views is a threat to their instution... why should we be afraid of this man? Was he an extremist? Yes. Is he still? I don't know but I would imagine so but not nearly to the extent he was 40 years ago.
Tell me this, in the past 10 years who has been more inflammatory Bill Ayers or Rush Limbaugh?
