Pat is a bumbling idiot though. I remember watching the last couple of years that Madden and him were announcing and he seemed like he was a couple of games back each week. Maybe with the time off he is rested and will be able to complete a sentence and have it make sense at the same time without making himself sound like a moron.

Anything is better is Pussburger!!!!!

Don't be so sure. Summerall had a drinking problem, and he's admitted that it affected his announcing. He's subsequently sobered up. If he has, and assuming that was the only problem, he's a great announcer.

 
I saw some of the St. Louis Rams game on Sunday, and he announced that, and I assume it's so he can get some games under his belt to be ready for the Cotton Bowl. He was always one of my favorite announcers, so I am pretty excited. GBR

 
Start time @ 7 am!!!!!!!!!!

Alright this is ridiculous, I have gotten used to eating game day food at 8am for Husker games here in AK but 7am that seems a bit extreme.........

 
at least it isnt a 4 am start like the Big 12 Championship was for us here in Iraq, it will be a 7pm start here this time

 
Well that's good for you Rob, but bad for me because I have to find time to sleep that day and whether we win or lose will depend on if that happens!!!!
