1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

5) Where do you see this player in 2010?

1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

A man, not kid of excellent character. Great size and strength but average speed. That's just the way to put it, he's not a burner.

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

8 - Solid pick up

3) Will he contribute right away? In what capacity?

50/50 shot. Can he pick up the system? Could have a similiar season to Swift this year. Get in around the 5 or 6th game.

4) Who does this player most remind you of?

Nate Swift

5) Where do you see this player in 2010?

Starting and coming off a second team all- big 12 season...being named captain

1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

Size. Huge target with soft hands. Creates huge mismatches. Lacks explosive speed, but should improve with Kennedy's program. 1st Team All-State in California speaks for itself.

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

I'd rank this as a 9. A high schooler that should fit well in our system. Callahan emphasized the need to add big bodied receivers in this class and he got just that with Menelik.

3) Will he contribute right away? In what capacity?

Tough to tell at this point. Lot of factors go into this, such as returning players improvement, Holt grasping the offense during fall camp, and potential injuries. I thought Chris Brooks would play alot last year, but he lacked strength, got hurt, and practiced poorly. Time will tell.

4) Who does this player most remind you of?

Keyshawn Johnson, minus the attitude.

5) Where do you see this player in 2010?

In the league, no question about it...right after he picks up a ring at Nebraska.

1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

Fits the WR mold. Adds needed hieght and speed. He seems very dedicated from what I have read, a work horse.

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

Very important ( rate a 9). More and larger targets for Taylor and and later Beck.

3) Will he contribute right away? In what capacity?

No. I think he may get in sparingly by mid season. It is hard to tell though. It really depends on how he grasps the offense.

4) Who does this player most remind you of?

A young Javon Walker(I hope) :thumbs

5) Where do you see this player in 2010? I all works out well for him, drafted to the Packers. I wonder if Farve will be retired by then?
