That probably was the difference in the game......our offense is scared, Taylor has no time, and our coordinator continues to call bullsh#t plays that aren't working. Don't know how we leave with a W at this point. Guess the "experts" were right. Tired of this crap....

Sorry, I have to give you a :facepalm: here.

That was a zone read, which means A) it wasn't a pass play to begin with. B) That guy was unblocked, intentionally. Taylor had to read him. If he hands this ball off it's potentially a pretty nice gain. Unfortunately Taylor made the incorrect read.

Now, given the risk of Taylor making a bad read on ZR plays, I think this was a risky call to make backed up against your own end zone. That is a fair criticism on Beck. However, that was in no way on the offensive line, at all, and nor did it reflect defensive scheme, at all.
