Thread of Hate

I hate how Facebook is no longer about socializing. Apparently now it is just memes and baby pictures. If I have kids, I want each Huskerboard member to come kick me in the balls each time I post a picture of my kid. Let alone 5,000 pictures of my kid, change my profile pic to my kid, my cover photo to my kid, and make a status about my kid every 5 goddamn minutes.

Oh, and don't get me started on the dumb anti-Obama crap that doesn't even make sense that people share. Or pointless gay-bashing and pro-gun rambling that apparently is so prevalent in rural Nebraska. f'ing uneducated heathens.

That's what Facebook is now. Do yourself a favor and go to Twitter.
Better yet, go to Tinder.
Sounds like the name of a gay bar. NTTAWWT
If you wanna find a sloot in your area, then you use Tinder.
Oh. Wasn't there another app like that? I think there were some issue with it because women were getting raped all the time
There is another one, but it's for droid or some other smart phone. I didn't hear about the rapes, but yeah that sucks.

It's not just rural Nebraska my friend...

I hate the interstate. Women on the interstate. Don't pass me, then change into the right lane directly in front of me, then slow down so that I have to pass you, after which you pass me again, only to slow down afterwards again. My cruise was set at 79mph throughout the entirety of this sequence. WTF DRIVE AT A CONSTANT SPEED

I'll see that and raise you the semi in the left lane driving 65 mph passing the semi in the right lane driving 64.5 mph.

We had this happen after the first game of the season a couple years ago. It was a night game so I think it was back in 2010. I sh#t you not these two pricks had traffic back up 10 miles behind me. I was about 10 cars or so back from them. I could see a line of cars in my mirror that never ended. This lasted from Seward till almost York. It got to a point where I'm pretty sure they were doing it on purpose.

Oh, they absolutely do that on purpose. When you're coming up on a group of semis, invariably the rear one will pull out to slowly pass just before you get to them. Totally an asshat move. And it happens ALL the time.

My brother drives a semi, and I call him and complain every time this happens to me. He says that most of them have limiters on how fast they can go (68, 69, 70) in order for the companies to use gas efficiently So often, it is that both of them have their cruise on their max, so you get someone cruising 70 passing someone cruising 69. Its even worse if they hit hills and can't maintain those speeds. That, and the fact that they're being rude a$$holes.

Rude is right. When they do this they have no courtesy to everyone else. The one getting passed could easily slow down and let the other get by instead of gobbling up 20 miles of highway.

I'm sure this is correct. But that does nothing to explain why they can't just stay in the right lane and drive one mph slower.

Because then they might be 10 minutes late at the end of their trip.

How does the truck cruising 69 pass the one cruising 70?
