I agree with him more than disagree. When I do disagree I'm not really compelled to respond because I know about a dozen people will. Then when he responds to those dozen people they'll get mad he posts so much haha.

I fought him tooth and nail for many years, him for Bo, me against. He changed his mind and I tried to support the program. Worried about who or what we could get to replace him. But I think if we do not replace him the program is dead as an elite program. Nothing changes. For us to be competitive they have to.

My wife who absolutely hates Bo, just looked at me during the game and asked, "You expected something different" and walked out of the room.

So no I do not expect anything different. We need to make things different.

Polo has been right from time to time, that's for sure. And I actually agree with him on plenty if things, it's just the negativity he brings all the time, the overtone with his opinions. It's one thing to say Neb is going to lose or do this or that, I just don't care for the negative overtone. I want Pelini gone...I am done with him. However, I am going to keep supporting this team in the most positive way I can....I can't sit here and be negative all the time about the program I love and grew up with.

Sorry, but the "Bo-lievers" shouldn't get off so easy for demonzing people whose only real offense was not sharing your blind loyalty for Bo. People who criticized Bo took a lot of s*** from the so-called "real" fans who told us we were crazy when we were right all along.

I am new here and if you look back on my post over the last few days I was either iqnored or was told I am a polo puppet, well i can't speak for polo but i have been a fan for a very long time , I remember when solid fundamentals were taught here and we played hard and smart , win or lose, but this ladies and gentleman is just not good football ,not just in the xo department but in the basic principals of the game, tackling, toughness in both physical and mental areas, teamwork, leadership all of these are sorely missing here. Like I said i have been around for a long time , watched a lot of f/b and coached so when I offer an opinion I do so in a dispassionate way , strip away all emotion and look at things objectively and in doing so i am able to make judgements based on what I see moreso that what i feel and what I see is a program that is woefully undercoached and unless some major change takes place will continue to drag this once proud program further into the abyss. Please don't let fear of what could happen with a coaching change cloud objective thought. Is this kind of football really all that we can be?

 
I'm not apologizing to Polo for anything. This thread is silly.

There's many people here who've questioned this staff for years. Games like this happen every season with these guys, why should we apologize to Polo after his negativity was proven correct once again. Key word: AGAIN.

Polo's issue was not always being wrong, it was not shutting up about it. We had a nice 8-1 season going. Many of us thought this might be coming but we sure as hell weren't going to sit around here and dwell on it for the last 8 weeks. We had hope. We tried having a little faith and we tried to stay positive. If you want me to credit Polo for never letting positivity creep into his mind, well no, I'm not gonna do it.

I'll credit Polo for sticking to his guns. A change needs to be made, it's not gonna happen so it doesn't matter. And we continue as we have been.
