Hello, Mike Riley

Hmmm. Not sure my math is right, but I think it looks like:

14 years at OSU:

Record: 93-79

In Pac 10 (Pre-Divisions): 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th

In Pac 10 North: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th

Bowls: Las Vegas Bowl (2), Insight Bowl, Sun Bowl (2), Emerald Bowl, Alamo Bowl, Hawaii Bowl, Not Bowl Eligible (4)

Conference Titles: 0

Division Titles: 0

I'm looking for signs of an upgrade over Bo here, and honestly I'm just not seeing it.

If it is any sort of solace, he does run a pro-style system and has developed QBs quite nicely.

I wonder he's able to lure Frost away from OU as his OC. It'd be pretty funny to see OSU's head coach pluck OU's OC. But he played as and coached DB for most of his position coaching years.

All those that hoped for a return to power football...

Oregon State has averaged over 325 YPG passing the last 2 years on 43.5 attempts per game.

This can't be happening... Seriously, how the F is this an upgrade?!?

Oh.

My.

#@$!@#$%@!#$%@!#$%@#$%@#$%$@!#%!#$ LORD.

This?!? Mike Freaking Riley?!?!? What, did Eichorst pull a Denver Broncos and go after the wrong OREGON?!?

Wow. Just....

I'm done.

Meh.

He runs a pro-style offense. More meh.

I was really, really hoping for Tressel. I'll hold out judgement, but I'm kinda bummed right now.

Everyone else must have turned eichorst if this is the best he could do, the guy has only four 9 win season his entire career, what f'ing bullsh#t

Not quite the "splash" I was expecting, but I'm certainly hopeful and intrigued. I've only heard good about the guy.
