Tell me if Im wrong, Pelini told players, but the environment at Nebraska wore on you as the past several seasons progressed. It gets harder and harder and harder.

It is a b---- here. It is hard enough when you have the negativity that comes from the media and the negativity from a lot of former players, this talk show and that talk show, you win and it aint good enough. Its not good enough how you won. There is a lot of things that go on there and if you dont have a grown man staying in front of the thing and getting everybody, rallying, I can do all I want, but theyre b----ing at me, too.... (...)

If any of you guys have on your mind, hey, should I go or should I stay? At the end of the day, you gotta sit there and think, This is how many years I got left. These ought to be the best of my life. And if I dont think its going to be this way this place, then you shouldnt stay. But if you feel like, hey, this is the place for me, this is the place Im going to enjoy my career, then you should stay. Thats what it should come down to.

I'm sorry Bo felt so under siege he responded in this way.

If the players bought any of this garbage, the incoming staff has a lot of work to do. It's too bad that such a coaching talent as Pelini is, lacks so much in the "getting it" department.

I compare this to the parting message and advice Muschamp had for his players. Look, not all coaching hires are going to make it big. But if you fail and get fired as a result, that's the way to go out -- having left a positive imprint on the team.

Bo's now 2/2 in attempts to poison the well on his way out of Lincoln. Don't come back.

He didn't get his way and seems to not realize that this was his first stint as a HC. HC's get a lot of crap by the media fans what not, until NU he sat on the back of the bus. He would have been better off chalking this up to a learning experience, instead he made himself look like a complete and total douche nozzle. Good job coach and good riddance.

"This is good entertainment for non-Nebraska fans, but for me it genuinely hurts.

We might have unrealistic expectations, but we are also, as a whole, a patient, gracious and even forgiving people. This entire state was behind him for so long despite the hindsight reality that he never really wanted to be here, and never appreciated us.

We admired his loyalty to those close to him and we offered him the same loyalty, and even after he spit in our face we still defended him. I know this particular rant isn't specifically towards the fanbase, but it speaks to the poisonous perspective he has had his entire time where he has never been able to genuinely point the thumb on anything.

I want the best for you Bo but you're making it difficult."

At least one player doesn't buy this bullsh#t, and took the initiative to record the conversation in case it went this way, then gave it to the press so Husker fans would know what he was saying/doing with this team.

Rumor is that Love made the recording so if true he was leaving anyway and Bo may have been the reason he was leaving. Again, this was the rumor so who knows.

 
Revoke this man's buyout in violation of a disparagement and anti-compete clause, and forward this article to his current employer as a warning to what he may be in store for from his subordinate.

What a disgusting human being. He, a multi millionaire decided one of the things he was going to tell a bunch of kids who are unsure of their future how he got screwed over and how hard it was for him.

As far as I'm concerned his name should get the b******* treatment here and he's never allowed back on campus.
