Will it be an "ugly" Press Conference today?

I know Dirk isn't well liked on this board but he's asking really good questions today. His question about the team getting worse since the BYU loss was spot on. Riley didn't have an answer.

 
Wow. I have the ultimate respect for MR.

It's so easy to be a jacka$$ like so many other coaches and just get frustrated and shout out answers at the media. It takes true sincere character for Coach Riley to stand up there and respectfully answer these tough questions.

Hats off to him on that.

Dirk is going full on boot on throat right now.

Riley's voice is starting to raise here.

I'd love it if he walked out of the presser. All the other journalists are eating their popcorn, LOLZ

Legit question: when considering how Nebraska has done things in the past, would you consider leaving a stable job and joining Riley's staff at season's end? Keep in mind, we fired Solich after he revamped his staff.

If Riley revamps his staff, we'll see. If he doesn't, however (which I don't think he will), he's toast next year unless this is a 180 from this season.

 
I would guess this is the most hostile press conference Riley has faced. While he might not have the answers, he is handling it well.
