Grad Transfer watch- Jeff Badet from Kentucky. He was their leading receiver it sounds like last year but wants a more pass heavy offense. Was stated elsewhere that Keith just started following him on Twitter. Not much to go on, but if we want an instant impact guy and more depth, I'd say go for him.

I'm okay with that interpretation too. Unfortunately I think the heart has a tendency to win regardless of who this is in reference to.

I believe this is where back counting early enrollees comes in.

I thought I had read somewhere that the Big 10 limit was 25 and that schools are able to oversign by 3. That would push the total to 28 per class without back counting early enrollees. That is assuming my numbers are correct.
