Wording seems odd... Plus, isn't it a crime to publish federal tax returns without permission? I wonder if she got more state returns or those of a family remember. Or really old ones?

I don't know. I'm a bit suspicious, but definitely intrigued.

 
If it's a Federal Crime how did we see the 3 pages from the old filing?

I agree though - if it was significant I feel like they would have it breaking into news programs - but it has to be somewhat noteworthy, or she wouldn't be putting out the teasers and advertising it. Her ratings have improved a great deal lately, she can't risk going down in flames with a silly attention getting tactic.

This is fascinating. I don't know how she'll get around it, but this is a fascinating case study of personal privacy vs. the best interest of the public.

I was just thinking this as well - do you take the hit as a journalist and face legal ramifications for the good of the country? I'd like to think there are those sorts of Patriots out there. Certainly we're seeing some with the leakers.

Proof that he's a crook and a liar, or at least has historically been a crook and a liar, which is worthwhile in it's own right, but would also serve to even further galvanize many towards demanding to know what his business dealings look like in present tense.
