***Official Northern Illinois Game Discussion Thread***

Here's my question: Nebraska used to play with such fire and such spirit (sometimes too much and then careless errors were made). Why have we coached this out of our players? There's no fire. No desire. No wanting to win.

So the line play is poor, but our decision maker at QB isn't helping them.  Can't switch out whole line, but you can switch QB.......am I right?

This is just simply being out-coached. Simple as that.

Mike Riley is a wonderfully nice man, and has represented Nebraska on & off the field the right way.

However, the on-field performance of his team leaves a lot to be desired. Yes we fans are couch-coordinators, but we also know fundamental, smart football when we see it... this isn't it.

Not saying this will be Riley's last season at Nebraska, but if we keep performing like this it more than well could be.
