Sam Keller to Get Paid

Buddy of mine who is a game developer put my name a jersey for fun.  Maybe I can get some $.  (Of course I would have a hard time saying the athlete in the game is my likeness given).

Fair that no one ever bought the game because of Sam Keller’s likeness. Him getting 15k is a steal. It just always seemed like a sad reach to me. I’m sure Reggie bush helped sell the game but not Sam Keller

Could be a large amount paid out depending on how many entered their claim.  Every player on that game could gey a slice.  I have a buddy who sent his in and got some money out of it.

I remember one of the years they had Judd Davies as a black player lol.

The only similarities from the players from real life to their counter parts on the game was their numbers and that’s it. Height, weight, birth place, etc we’re all wrong

Exactly.. Sam probably clears 300 bucks after all is said and done.  People blame EA (I'm a gamer and I hate EA) but the NCAA are the ones who sold their likeness and EA paid for said likeness.  They should have sued the NCAA rather that EA and probably would have made more possibly but they also signed their likeness away when they signed their letter of intent.

I've always found it fascinating how people don't care if a company does something it shouldn't do by using something that isn't theirs and someone is wronged while creating a game....if it's a great game.
