Then I think you're good.nope

so you can break a california law via social media from the comfort of your own home...impressive really. Just never visit cali and good to goThen I think you're good.
But you might be confused? Charges against Washington would be filed in California not in Texas or Nebraska.
So by your example, if there is a law against someone misgendering a person in California and you did that from the comfort of your home in Iowa, the charges would be in California.
I think you're good if you were in college.
The girl in this situation was 15, however.

Possibly because those facts haven't been cleared up to begin with, haven't gone to trial, or something of that nature. I'm not sure. I couldn't find answers to that very question in the original article in the OP of this thread.Since police had this video of alleged sexual assault why wasn’t one of the boys in the video charged with sexual assault instead of distributing pornography?
Since police had this video of alleged sexual assault why wasn’t one of the boys in the video charged with sexual assault instead of distributing pornography? How stupid would one be to have sex with someone, make a video of it and then share it with your friends if it was sexual assault? I don’t pretend to know the psychology of someone that was raped but I’m sure the girl was aware that the video was being sent around so I would think that would be the time to let it be known that the video being shared was of her being sexually assaulted and not consensual.
That was mentioned in the article. She did not report it as rape because the felt ashamed. She is still considering whether or not to press sexual assault charges to this day.
One scenario I can think of here:Since police had this video of alleged sexual assault why wasn’t one of the boys in the video charged with sexual assault instead of distributing pornography? How stupid would one be to have sex with someone, make a video of it and then share it with your friends if it was sexual assault? +1Count me in the minority that believes this is not enough to be kicked off the team.
Is it shocking that some people in their mid 30’s do these things to their wives....asking for a friendI was going to bring this very thing up but didn't feel like being attacked by the super people. But it true. So very very true.
The amount of boob/d!(k pics that go around between "minors" would probably make most people shocked.
so this was reported to authorities 11 months ago and nothing has come of it yet.
If the accuser in this instance is reluctant to press charges or if some people arent cooperating with police it very well could stand still.so this was reported to authorities 11 months ago and nothing has come of it yet.
