Thanks for the help.  Made these changes except for Hester.  Not sure if the interest in reciprocal at this point.

I see no reason we can’t get 8 by February.

I don't doubt we can get 8 before Feb, but just throwing bodies in doesn't mean they are quality... Not saying they wont be. There will be some new names to add once January rolls around

Worst case scenario:

We land 3-4 of those guys and are scrambling in Jan with plan C, D, E.
