So.....it could be lots of things....but you’re pinning it on Biden. What did Biden do to cause the rise in fuel prices?
Where did I pin it on Biden? Pick your fights with someone else... :thumbs

You posted the statement in Biden’s America. :dunnoWhere did I pin it on Biden? Pick your fights with someone else... :thumbs
That section of the line was agreed to be rerouted further east to avoid the aquifer.

You mentioned the election. How could the election have caused it?
Might want to think about the demand for fuel last summer which caused the fuel prices to fall due to over supply. Then what has been happening with demand since fall.Fuel prices were already being discussed. Past elections have impacted the economy in the past, no?
You're right, it still cuts through a section of the aquifer. They chose a route that avoided the Sandhills. I was mistaken. It's been awhile since the issue has been talked about.I know farmers here in Fillmore County whose fields it would have directly run through

What's their consensus about it outside of a leak into the aquifer? Do they think it will disrupt their operation? Are they ok with any financial compensation they would get to give up the land?
My Uber Republican buddy is strongly opposed to the pipeline for the potential leak and running through his fields, so he is giving Biden big kudos on this. His oldest brother came around a bit on renewable energy though, if they want the land they are going to get it anyway so no reason to fight em. But the potential decades of soil contamination is the big hang-up.
Good for them. The problem with them is that they likely only took this position because it was going through their property. If it wasn't they would still likely be gung-ho lay that pipe people... these NIMBY(s) (not in my backyard.)
It only shows Republicans don't care about anything in principle until it directly impacts them.

It is called being normal. Doesn't make anyone a bad person.
Even most of the posters here, that talk about this and that needing to be changed/saved/cancelled...that is all it is , talk and posts. They don't actually do anything because well, in the end, most of us do what we do for ourselves and family.
It is not a D or R thing...it is a human thing.
Ha!
Kinda like those Limo Liberals always talking high and mighty about wanting their taxes raised and Government should do it yada yada yada. And at the same time they take all their relevant deductions, put money in all the relevant tax safe havens, and never donate more to the treasury than absolutely necessary. No, this is how 99% of the people think. about all issues.
