Ok so you aren't worrying cause you don't care. Makes sense. Completely contradicts your point about coming to the board though
Nope not what I said but cool

:facepalm:Frost f#&%ed this up so bad smh. Pederson-esque level search
Well, then there's a good chance you are going to be disappointed.I first want to see how many players give up hope on Frost and the whole situation and transfer.
There might be some guys out there who have an ego or want to prove themselves. People will tell them don't go to Nebraska you can't win there and they will take it as a challenge and say "watch me".Let's make a deal! You wanna be the next Offensive Coordinator at a Power 5 School? Choose a door:
Door #1: You are named the OC, but you are coming to a program where the Head Coach is heavily involved with the offense and has been the team's playcaller. Could be an issue with him giving up control of "his" offensive schemes.
Door #2: You are named the OC, but you are now entering a conference that is focused on defense, and full of quality/experienced defensive coordinators who develop NFL talent on that side of the ball.
Door #3: You are named the OC, but you are joining a team where the Head Coach just restructured his contract to reduce his buyout after 6 games next season. Said Head Coach has not had a winning season since joining the program in 2018, and the offense has been a top issue as to why the team is underperforming.
Three challenging options, right? The problem is EVERY DOOR IS NEBRASKA!!!!
So you're telling me a seasoned, successful Power 5 OC is coming here????
I was noticing that too. We'll see how he'll do at LSU - I predict - not as well.Anyone find it funny how almost all of the Notre Dame assistant coaches are staying with Freeman.
Kelly really must be a prick. Lol
People can hate on him but Kelly wins everywhere he goes.I was noticing that too. We'll see how he'll do at LSU - I predict - not as well.
No way! This is totally new information we're just hearing about right now.I agree. I am thinking he goes 4-8 or 5-7. That's not what's acceptable. I think they will say all kinds of excuses. I don't think he should've been kept this year.
Getting close. We will be at 62 pages by lunch.Any guess on how many pages this thread will be at when we have an official word that at least one contract has been signed? I am guessing 62.
I think Notre Dame might be on to something. They are probably telling Freeman we think you can keep this thing rolling without Brian, and we'll pony up the money to keep as many as assistants as possible rather than going out and chasing Luke Fickell for $10 million a year. Look at how other successful programs have just kept it rolling by moving an assistant up. Ohio State, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, are ones that come to mind.Anyone find it funny how almost all of the Notre Dame assistant coaches are staying with Freeman.
