I think one could go as far and say they may be an upgrade. Unfortunately they may not have the time to prove so.

I thought that originally but I'm wondering if TA has a lot more patience than we think.  The national narrative about the big 10 having patience with coaches, and it paying off, is going to give all ADs pause before firing I think.

Dawson DL and some OLB duties.  Ruud ILB and maybe helps OLB and I think Chins helps there too.

Or some have floated we move to more 4 down lineman more often.

I thought I read that we were potentially going to more 4-man fronts which could mean your DL coach [Dawson] now looks after (4) players on field, leaving only 2 or 3 LB's for (1) LB coach [Ruud], depending on if we're 4-3 or Nickel....
