*** Official Purdue Game Thread ***

That is an idiotic comment.  No depth & your best player is hurt.  Why do you think thus team is going to change over night.  You must have been band in HS
Ummmm, they gave up 43 points.  You do understand that isn’t very good at all.    You also have to understand the Purdue receivers are not very fast yet NU allowed underneath stuff ALL NIGHT LONG.   That’s actually not a good thing in football.

The HS band comment is the best you could come up with :dunno .   That’s worse than the defense tonight.

At this point I don’t know if there is an answer for our defense. We’re not talented enough to cover and get pressure with just the front four.  But when we do bring extra pressure we’re not fast enough to get to the QB before they get rid of it.

I think we need to slow down on offense a bunch. Time to drastically cut the number of plays the defense is on the field for.

Whipple just keeps throwing the ball no matter where we are in the game.  I serious think that running that zone read at least once every quarter keeps defenses honest.  Casey only needs to run the ball one or two times and the defense will stay honest.  Hell, I dont know if the play is called more and CAsey just always hands it off, but its there.
You forgot the main thing to run.  It's called blocking.  They are not going to run our qb 20 times when is hurt

Waterboy.  You have very little football knowledge. I laugh at some of your posts. Sorry if you don't like.  Pull up your big boy pants.

Mickey was 1-2 against the spread coming in.  Now improves to 2-2.  Look for the silver linings.  Mickey made people money today.
