Like I said those 3 guys have lifetime contracts with low expectations. Job security! Nebraska will fire them 3 years from now and they will be stuck rebuilding their career all over again. I would stay at Iowa State, Kansas State, and Kansas too

A B+ hire is a significant upgrade over the s#!t show of the past decade.

I feel it is f33#!d up already if rumors are true.  I'd go all in on Urb or Deion.  We need a HUGE makeover.
