Leipold is out. I really hope it's not Rhule.  I'd be happy with Mickey but the real question that I have is what kind of staff would he put together but that's going to be the case with whomever they hire.  The assistants.  We definitely need to finally majorly majorly upgrade here as well.

It's like psychological warfare with some being last name only and some full. I recently learned if you use odd numbers in statistics or negotiations that we are wired to take that more seriously.  So I take the single names more seriously and choose Fickell.

@suh_fan93  If I was voting, don't count out the Death Star.  On defense they shut down the run, get pressure on the quarterback, and offensively they can finish drives off with touchdowns.  

The Death Star is a quality head coach and reminds me a lot like Joe Avezzano in that regard.
