The Courts (not specific to either party)

We told you when they rammed all these Conservative judges onto the SC that they would go after Roe, and people doubted.

After they took down Roe, we said they'd go after Obergefell next, and people said no.

Welp. Here we go.

Of course a person biased against a party in a trial shouldn't sit in judgment of that person, regardless of the source of the bias. If a person is biased against cops, that person should not - and currently would not - be seated in that jury. This is basic common sense.

It doesn't matter that the legal argument is nonsense. It's being thrown into the arena in an effort to speak the end of Obergefell into existence.

Absolutely baffling.  What these blubbering idiots don't realize is that if they give Trump this freedom, they ALSO give a Democrat that same freedom.

If they give him this freedom, and he wins the election, there won't be any Democrats in the White House.

The whole point is to delay, delay, delay. If Orange Man Bad wins, they grant him this immunity. If Biden wins, they'll very reasonably explain that no one is above the law.

Everything that's happened after J6 has been according to Orange Man Bad's preferred timeline.

I'm old enough to remember Republicans arguing that they shouldn't impeach Trump because it's a legal issue and we should all let the courts decide this after he leaves office.

NOW....they argue that he can't be held accountable in court unless he was impeached.

Amazing how this works.
