I see the positives in this no matter who the justices are. But how do these get approved? Does the Legislative branch have to write up the rules and vote for them? How does this amount to more than just words?
I do too and it's going to be very interesting to see how this moves forward. I can see a scenario where the President puts this forward, the Republicans take it to court and it ends up at the SCOTUS for them to rule on their own rules.....with a bench that's dominated by Republicans.
Trump has been saying vile and hateful things for 8 plus years to the cheers of his worshippers. There has been threats and acts of violence by his worshippers.
It's the typical bully response. A bully will do what he does....but when someone actually starts punching back, they play the victim and act like they have never done anything wrong.
Neither Kamala or Trump is a threat to our country. You know how I know this???? Trump was an actual President for 4 years and our country and democracy was never in doubt. Kamala has been VP for 3 1/2 years and our country and democracy was never in doubt.

No I remember and at no point were we in danger of not being a democracy anymore or losing our country. At no point was Biden NOT going to be the President. I matter what those ragtag group of rioters complained about rioted at the Capitol for. If the opposite were true, I guess we stand zero chance against Russia and China taking us over. :blink:
I asked yesterday, it what will he be able to do with those empty threats? If the people trump is apparently going to target did not break the law what do they have to worry about. Unless you are telling me lawfare happens.
