You do realize that appropriated funds, doesn't mean those funds have actually been spent.....right?

42 billion dollars was appropriated for grants to local providers to expand their systems.  So far, none of those providers have applied for those grants.

You do realize that if money is appropriated towards grants and nobody applies for the grants....the money isn't actually spent....right?

Now, we can complain that the bill was written poorly and it discourages providers from participating.  And, I would agree with that complaint.  But, the money hasn't actually been spent.

So.....why do Republicans continue to lie like this?

I'd accept this remark "if" Biden stepped down as acting president because as we all know, nothing stops a president from dropping a vice and reappointing. So, was she on the ticket? Can't truthfully answer that until the electorate speaks. They threw a coup before that could happen and in the processed made a mockery of democracy.

that is a very. very, very liberal interpretation of the word coup.   biden is still president which wouldn't be true if it was a coup and he endorses her.  and people who voted for biden were voting for harris on that ticket.

Is the money appropriated a cost center on our balance sheet?   
 

Also, you do realize your side is constantly crowing about the infrastructure investment and touting things like this.   Even when as you said, there is nothing to crow about.

It isn't a definition of the word "coup." We've had to play this game here before with Orange Man Bad supporters. 

The actual definition gets posted, they waltz with the goalposts for a while, then they slink away when it becomes obvious they're just here to explain why they're voting for the felon again (but they won't admit that, because they know it's wrong, so they claim they're voting for whatever third party candidate comes to mind).

How many more times do we have to see people out themselves in P&R before the election? Half a dozen? A dozen?

you can't vote for harris because you say she wasn't on the ticket...so you will pick someone who wasn't on any tickets and wasn't running for anything?

I have no idea how it is on the balance sheet. 
 

But, if the money isn’t spent…..it’s not spent. 
 

I do budgets for our company. I put in the budget a figure for capital expenditures. But, if we don’t buy those things….i didn’t spend the money. 
 

It’s actually a pretty easy concept. 
 

You do realize there was a lot more in that bill than this, right???  Even members of your party have bragged about getting projects from it for their areas….even though they voted against it. Your second paragraph is nothing more than  :movegoalpost:

yes, foolishly I'll throw my vote away and in 2016 he did run. 

I'll explain why I won't vote Trump so at least for the conservatives out there they can maybe think about consequence too.

It is my opinion that anyone convicted of a felony should not be allowed to vote. (Most conservatives will agree with this) So I can't justify voting for Trump whom is a convicted felon. (rightfully or unjustly the conviction exists) So, hence I say "neither" is qualified. One not elected, the other a felon...
