MLB 2024

MLB really really wants the Yankees in the WS.   The strike zone and reply officials were awful and gifted the Yankees a win.   Need Ragans to ball out on Monday night now and throw some BB’s 

 
So happy for the Mets!  And pulling for Padres to beat LA now.

What Lindor is doing and Pete to an extent - is how it felt last year watching Corey Seagar and Adolis Garcia do in crunch time for Texas.  It's not as close as to what they did, but it's a very similar feeling - and it feels good  chuckleshuffle

Mets have been the most consistent team post the all star break. I fully expect them to win the dodgers series and we'll have an all New York world series. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'd obviously be pulling for whomever plays the yankees. (far and away my most disliked franchise in all of professional sports, followed by the cowboys)

I would love to see a NY Subway Series  :w00t

Last time it happen was 2000.  Joe Torre vs the great Bobby V (Valentine).

Before that may have been in the 50's...
