If you could go back in time and pick ONE GAME the Huskers lost and change it to a win; which game would you change and WHY?

09 ISU game! I still have to hear about that :bang

Seriously though 09 Big 12 CCG, that would have been HUGE! Of course there are others from years past but who knows if last year would have been different with that win and a BCS bowl the year before.

 
'10 B12 Champ Game. For one thing, I was there, so it would have made the trip even that much sweeter than it was. And, winning the conference as we head off to the Big 10 would have been so kick a$$, that and the rest of the B12 would have been SO pissed.

 
The very first Big Twelve Championship game. Who knows how things might have unfolded if Texass had lost that game. We go on and play for the NC in 96 and maybe Texass just kind of stays a mediocre team.

This...It was my first away game I had ever went to and I would of had a little better time if we had won.

 
I'd take the hot tub back to the 96 Texas game.

Win that and we face Florida State in the National Championship. Keep tOSU's win over ASU, and we could have a pretty decent chance at 4 straight NC's.

That would have been a big slice of awesome.

Another game would be the 84 OU game. IIRC that was the year BYU won the NC. Everyone in the country was wanting us to win the Big Eight and play for the NC, they were all looking for a reason not to let BYU play for the NC. We lost to OU, and BYU ended up playing a 6-5 Michigan team in the Holiday bowl.

 
The 82 OB against Clemson, the 82 game against PSU (just to give the ref a pair of glasses ans a rule book), the 84 OB and 84 OU game, we could have had a run of four NC right there.

 
Missed field goal against Florida State.

Never want to see the Miami 2001 team again. Still say their cheer leaders were fast than anyone on our team. I was there and knew well before the game started we had no chance, unless we cut off their feet and they would most likely still been faster. WE looked like fat sloppy turtles compared to Miami.

 
1983 National championship against Miami. The only time in my life I cried after a Nebraska loss. I was heartbroken. Osborne going for the win. I can't remember anything more painful than watching Turner Gill's pass on the 2 pt conversion ricochet off of Jeff Smith's helmet.
