He always seems to come in too high and with his arms, and he whiffs. I don't think he tries hard enough to tackle the guy. Doesn't go in there with a nose for the ball and gearing up for the hit. Seems content to be half standing, half running, instead of launching into the guy. Often ends up with him half standing, half running as the guy gets by him.
