Smoked Meats for Christmas

I want to get some smoked meats for my old man for Christmas. Anyone got any ideas on where I can get it, either in the Lincoln/Omaha area or online? I'm looking for sausage, cheese and maybe salmon.

 
I know cheese and a couple guys on here are pretty big into meat.

Hell some of them even smoke their own but I've never figured out how to do that and I think its kind of weird. Anyhow I'm sure one of them can help you.

Used to be some meat lockers/processors in Lincoln that sold smoked meat. Last time I was there; 1977, so I don't even remember the name maybe Cliff's not sure in Havelock???? idk

There might still be a place on S. 48th near the IGA store before ???Capital Parkway? That was the last place I was at so Long Long time ago :D
