I banned Gage County from the site due to him personally attacking me via messaging. I told him to stop and move on which he refused to do. He was originally upset because I called him out in the game day thread. Can I get an admin to do an IP ban please?

Spooky Tooth sent me a message saying that he's showing up as banned on mobile. When I look up his account on PC it appears everything is normal..........anyone know how this could be happening?
