  • Did the Helu-McCoy embrace feel a little dirty?

The only reason Helu is warming up to McCoy is to steal his Big XII title trophy and give it to Bo.

So Purdue just lined up in the I and ran power for 36 yards against MSU D. Hmm.

I don't think it's a secret that our offensive line didn't play very well last weekend.

Power. Our blocking schemes, formations and snap technique put them in position to fail.

Okay. So change the wording. Our play calling and our offensive line play was bad last week.

2 of those aren't "records" and can you really take credit for both longest pass and longest reception as two different records? I mean, technically they are, but it's always going to be the same. I'm a Bo-liever, through and through, I just think this is a bit much.

There's really nothing wrong with trying to spin off excessive positives, when there's folks trying to spin off excessive negatives on a constant basis as well.

I wouldn't complain if they got rid of names on the jerseys.

It looks terrible. They need to go back to the 2010 letters.

I like the big letters they used in the 80s.

With these 2014 offenses, it amazes me coaches still punt with a 1970's field position mentality.

Ah, the cringe-incuding melodrama of FOX's CFB pre-game.

they'll never compete with ESPN with those stupid vids.

Could Tommy ever have the game Trevor Knight just had against a team like Alabama? That was nuts. NFL throws.

Great team? I don't know, they were both Top 15.

    Ok St's D was terrible.

Neither of those teams were great or near the level of Alabama - but impressive performances in their own way.

Did anyone point out the similarities to the ending of the 2009 Gator Bowl? Defending that same endzone up five in the final minutes. Them driving with relative ease into the redzone then stalling and turning it over on downs.

Oregon should've done Electric Green helmets to match.

I agree! this set looks great already but that would make it almost perfect. Sometimes Oregon gets it right.

If you believe that the Nebraska move triggered a domino effect that led to the whole conference re-alignment wave, then this face-off of giant egos is probably what started it all: http://tinyurl.com/3tfxfru

You should start a thread with this. Then all those who think ESPN doesnt have an agenda against the B1G can punch themselves. The B1G wouldnt do what espn wanted and they definitely have it out for us. Whether degrading the strength of the conference or pushing for other teams to be ranked ahead of ones in B1G with similar records, etc

There were a lot of triggers. Well, $$$$ was the only trigger, but it was fired from many sources.
