    TBH, I'm just extremely sad that my daughter is getting screwed out of a football season during her last semester at UNL. Two out of three ain't bad.....unless we're talking Husker football.

    And yes, I left an OOC beaut in there for y'all.  :lol:

    That's kind of where I'm at, Mav. I almost expect there not to be any fans for most (if not all) of 2020, but I'd be surprised if the season didn't go forward, on time even. I think you'll see testing expanded, and used on players and staff before games. It's also possible that there is a medicine out there that could successfully be used off label while we wait on a vaccine.... Also read this morning that the NBA has a 25 day plan to come back.... At some point, the economy begins to matter, and college football is essential to most athletic department budgets. Without it, prepare to see a lot of schools, cut a lot of programs.

    @Mavric and, what have we had to do to get to the peak?  We have shut everything down and preached social distancing.  If you all of a sudden open everything up, how does the virus continue to be contained?

    Would the "Davison Catch " hold up today?  Or have the rules changed with regards to kicking the ball?  For some reason I thought I heard that the catch would not stand today.

    Intentionally kicking the ball is not legal, even at the time.  But unless they could somehow deem it intentional I would think they'd have to let it go.

    I think it would be a catch now just like it was a catch then. Saying that, I really don't know what a catch is anymore so it probably wouldn't stand after 20 minutes of replay.

    Alright, all of my chores are done.  I've watched old Husker games all day, (particularly Colorado games for some reason), watched us being mentioned in the first 5 minutes of College Gameday, and have my name changed on HB.

    Yes, Frost definitely has this thing headed in the right direction. I'll always believe it is important to recruit relatively well (which we have been doing) but it is much more important to develop, utilize and foster a winning culture.
