    I can only imagine what was being said to the kids by our “fans” during the stretch when he was on campus. Maybe he acted a bit impulsively and thought he’d walked into a hornets nest? Maybe he couldn’t submit himself to the process without being guaranteed a reward? Maybe he just couldn’t tolerate the losing? Not sure, but as I try to rationalize the thoughts and actions of someone not old enough to legally buy beer I revert back to this-Nebraska, it’s not for everyone.

    WTF Akoy Agau is playing for Louisville? He started there, transferred to Georgetown, transferred to SMU and then ends up back at Louisville for another year? That’s ridiculous.

    Matt Slauson played last Thursday's game with two broken vertebrae. Doctor's apparently told him he could have been paralyzed with another hit. Sheesh.

    Suh was on Pardon My Take this morning and stated he went to Eichorst after Bo was fired and recommended he hire Frost. Pretty interesting interview.

    I honestly don't like thinking about Eichorst or Pearlman or Riley. I just get mad and frustrated. It's too negative.

    So I think about where the football team is now and where they're going and all of sudden those bad thoughts just disappear.

    Other than the 3 horrible Riley years, things worked out well.  Frost rolls into town a proven coach, with a proven staff.  If he can't achieve similar success at DONU then something is wrong and it isn't the coaching... or the administration that hired him.

    Am I the only one that doesn't think former players should feel like they can pick the next coach?  I can't imagine going back to my high school and saying "i want Mr. Smith to coach basketball next year".

    A guy I know who works for UNL PD said they recently had a talk with a few Freshman who were walking around campus in clown masks. Apparently they were told if they do it again they could lose their scholarships. Not sure who it was though.

    Well I am sure someone in the athletic department got word PD spoke with them and also had a meeting. Sounds pretty stupid if you ask me. I had a run in with UNL PD a few times in my day and was not a fan of them.

    He's very knowledgable about Finance and is a pretty relaxed guy. Give it more effort than I did and you should do well. He was a good professor, imo

    We said the same exact things when Jake was offered and by all indications from spring he had played himself into the rotation for offensive line and Ben's probably our most rounded TE (Reed being more of a pass-catcher). I'm going to take a wait and see approach with Sam.

    vince is correct. should be a 4 for 4 guy depending if he gets granted a med redshirt as he has already used his actual redshirt. has not played a down since 2008 though.
