Hockey and basketball, in my opinion, require the best stamina. In soccer, yeah, you play the entire game but lets face it, it is close to football in terms of your actually "playing" time as far as going full out.
Not really teach. The run about 7 miles a game. And they are constantly positioning around the field as the ball moves. Just because the camera isn't on them doesn't mean they aren't jogging. I think soccer is tops for motor skills.
Agree with Minny & ZRod. Basketball's more of a sprint vs soccer, with 40/48-minute long games. But obviously all of these sports are extremely physically demanding, just in different ways.
Oh man, jaunting around for that many minutes must be taxing! The only time I enjoy watching the sport is when some coward slide tackles and breaks another guys ankle.
