Fact: I squatted 400+ lbs in high school when I weighed 155. I come from a naturally strong family, you see.
In all honesty, I see regular guys (like, under 200 pounds) squatting that much every day at the gym. Not really THAT impressive.
I put up-just once, on two separate occasions-500lbs. Most i ever did. But im wondering what there reps were. Once or twice is underwhelming. But maybe they were putting it up 5-10?
