Fyfe won't have a good game vs. Purdue. If he plays, people will see he's a bad QB.

We've reached a new level folks. Throw a kid under the bus before he even has any meaningful snaps under his belt. A bit hypocritical right? Pissed that the coach "throw's em under the bus" but yet, we do it all the time.

Depends on the degree of the tearing it up. Remember, Tommy has had phenomenal days against say, Minnesota, only to come back and have a poor game later.

I'd say the bar will be pretty high for a change.

If Fyfe comes in and does well, that will be great. I just don't have confidence in him to do so. Regardless, TA will still start against Michigan State.

Sharp and Benning were making fun of people starting a QB controversy before we even know if Fyfe is going to start, let alone play well.

It is a little funny! Tommy missed a few practices, sure, but maybe just to heal up.

No idea, but he will probably still get crapped on like Tommy. I get Tommy hasnt been perfect, but for the most part he hasnt been bad enough to be benched like some think he should be. Nothing i have seen from any of our other QB's make me think they are even close to Tommy.

I'm not down on Tommy as much as others are. Other than the terrible pick 6, I thought TA played well against NW. I know you can't take the pick 6 away in real life, but it wasn't all Tommy's fault that NU lost to NW.

Fyfe is form Nebraska...pretty sure he bleeds Husker red. If you don't think he will light it up I really don't know what to tell you.

What's really funny is thinking Fyfe might light it up. What has he shown at any time to make you think he will?

If Fyfe does start and plays the whole game, what would we consider a "good game" for Fyfe?

No one thought Joe Ganz was worth a crap either. Just saying...it's not impossible.
