I've always thought you want to diversify your education when possible and spread your degrees around. The University system has GREAT online programs if that's what your into. I'm finishing up a Masters from UNK.

Yeah, I always thought it best to spread the degrees around. More alma maters that way.

Well then UNK is out for me.

Nothing wrong with getting your masters from the same school. Just don't plan on teaching there if you get a doctorate.
