My wife is became a coach after doing the 21 day fix. It's a fantastic company.

Thanks HuskerShark, I'm doing Focus T25 now, combined with Shakeology, I've dropped 12 lbs and 3 inches in my waistin just 3 weeks. I got automatically signed up as a coach when I made my purchase, given my results, I was thinking about running with the coach thing. You'd recommend it then I take it?

Absolutely. Get familiar with the comp plan, learn about the system and the products, and go to summit this summer

I did Insanity and it was the single most challenging, painful and rewarding exercise experience of my life. It was painful in the sense that my body was not prepared for the type of physical exertion, but after getting into it, my body was better able to handle the strain. I lost 10 pounds and was in the best shape of my life, too.

Did you guys do any regular physical activity before you started the programs? How about diet?

I use it off and on in my fitness training. I like to do it during the summer and once in the winter. It offsets some of my longer runs since the extreme heat or cold knocks out my long runs.

FYI, love the shakeology but just too expensive for me.

HeyBaker, you seem to be pretty familiar with beachbody, why haven't you become a coach?

ZROD I tried working out at gyms the last 2 springs, I'd start hard and heavy, and after a month and a half/ two months, I'd lose momentum and quit. So that was the extent of my physical activity before starting T25.

ZRod - I cycle and run pretty regularly as exercise, with sporadic weight lifting. Diet has been about the same the last 5-6 years (did Insanity in 2013).
