For me, I never cared about his personality because I don't hang out with him. Just like I don't care about Riley's personality, I don't hang out with him. Neither impact me in anyway. Just win games.

IMO, at most, it just shows that Bo is more in his element at the fcs level. Doesn't tell us anything about what he did here (there is empirical evidence for that) or what he would've done had he stayed because coaching at YSU is not like coaching at Nebraska in virtually any way.

Well he also took some Nebraska talent with him like LeRoy Alexander and Avery Moss. Those are D1 starters at an FCS school. That's not sustainable recruiting-wise. So I assume this will be short-lived.

Bo has comparatively better talent at YSU than he brought to Nebraska. Wait until the Nebraska guys leave that program, then see how he's doing.
