That ethics waiver things is a BIG deal. Completely contradicts his campaign pledge to keep lobbyists out of positions in his WH. He's done that in high profile positions multiple times.

Supporters".. Truth is none of us know what is the best policy moving forward with Russia. We just have to pray that the smart people "in the know" AKA General Mattis, approve of a strategic move like this for some advantage for the U.S..
