Not really.....most importantly they are willing to shell out the cash to get a top tier coach for their major sports.

Or they seem to make their decisions really hard on themselves. Firing Matta now is nuts. And the handling of Tressel was interesting to say the least.

I don't think Matta was actually fired. His health issues seemed to make this a mutual decision.
