Yeah they can't afford to outbid a P5 conference team whoever it might be.  If he stays it's because he wants to be there.

Exactly.

I think we could quite easily offer him a million more than what they can pay him. Plus at least double his assistant coach salary "pool" total. It also helps that he has another former Husker on his staff, that I assume would likely be pushing him towards the Nebraska job as well.

@ScottyIce His RB, OL, and S&C coaches are all Nebraska alum.

Barrett Ruud is his quality control as I'm and his Chief of Staff/Director of Operations played at Concordia.

Hope if he comes he brings his Senior Admin Assistant.
