More so for his staff... It aint going to be enough at the end of the day to keep him from leaving. If he stays, it won't be because of money.

I think we could quite easily offer him a million more than what they can pay him. Plus at least double his assistant coach salary "pool" total. It also helps that he has another former Husker on his staff, that I assume would likely be pushing him towards the Nebraska job as well.

@ScottyIce His RB, OL, and S&C coaches are all Nebraska alum.
Barrett Ruud is his quality control as I'm and his Chief of Staff/Director of Operations played at Concordia.
