There is zero proof that UF ever "went after" Scott Frost. It's all conjecture. These negotiations are done in private, and anyone pretending they have "insider" information is lying to you.

I would suspect that if Scott is indeed coming to Nebraska that contact with the Frost camp, although not contact with Scott himself as that isn't allowed, was made a long time ago, maybe even within the first week of Moos employment. I just have a sneaking suspicion that this has been in the works for a long time. I have no 'insider source' or link-just an old fashioned 'gut feeling'. But then again I could be totally out to lunch, but if I am, I'm in good company.
