Benning is saying that Alberts and Frost already had a high level of familiarity and trust, whereas Moos had to build that with Frost. And I think he's saying that Alberts would have gotten Frost hired sooner, not more guaranteed.
IDK, I think Moos got there pretty darned quick and ain't nobody was going to hire him any sooner than Moos will. Only difference is that Trev may not have been willing to even determine why that was his choice. Doesn't seem like anything to be bragging about to me. I'm failing to see where Benning has any valuable point here.
Moos is vastly more qualified for the job.
