Yeah, you don't learn to be mobile and run. Those things simply are not in his skill set. The day of the statue quarterback at Nebraska is over. I wish him well.

He said he watched the AAC CCG.  He should also watch the USF game and ask himself if he can do what McKenzie Milton does.  He'll come up with the right answer.

Idk... maybe Frost could tailor the offense to him. Lee can run a little bit. With more run plays than zone left or zone right it would probably open up the passing game.

@ZRodNo more square peg, round hole crap. If Frost said the B1G will have to modify to them i highly doubt he will tailor it to one person on the team. And tell me, how well has tailoring the offense around one guy been doing for us?

@C N Red it did pretty ok when they finally did it for Tommy. But the  half way through the season last uear they seemed to revert back. Frosts offe se could work with a pocket passer as long as he can run a few read options and draws in a game to keep a defense honest.

Yes it would be better to have a mobile signal caller, but if we have to work with what we've got, I think Scott is more than capable of figuring that out.

I know for a fact when Nebraska fired Bo that Scott Frost called Zack Darlington and tried to talk him into transferring to UCF.  It'll be interesting to see if anything happens there.  Doubtful but that's my anecdote for the day.
