And a dirty player..
Played in the defensive backfield for the Jets at the end of his career. Don’t remember the year exactly (2010??) , game at the Meadowlands Jets vs. Arizona Cardinals. Jets up 14, last play of the game, Cardinals throw to Anquan Bolduan in the end zone. Incomplete but Frost hits Bolduan in the neck, face with his helmet. Lays him out. Think Bolduan had a broken jaw or something. Completely unnecessary. Douche hit.
