Agree with these comments though. 

@Atbone95 How so? He is, by all accounts, a fantastic man who is universally adored by those around the league.

I don't always agree with him politically, but couldn't agree more with him here. LeBron is a fantastic role model for all children, not just those of color. I just hope that when he leaves the game there is someone else of equal moral stature for my son to look up too.

I think anybody who promotes a professional athlete (or anyone in the public eye)as a role model for young kids is just asking to be severely disappointed at some point in time. Haven't we learned our lesson yet?
