That's been a rumor for awhile. At think point I can't believe it's anything more than a rumor. It would be stupid of him not to go through spring ball and see where he's at. At that point - if he doesn't win the job - then he'd probably look to transfer. But then he'd have to beat out guys who already have a six-month head start on learning the playbook. So I'm not sure it's all that likely.

Nebraska would have to have at least 5 players transfer out to even have the room for Burrow. I know that's plausible, but it just seems like a lot. And then coming in after spring ball, puts him at best 4th with our current crop of QBs. Why transfer from a spot where you won't see likely playing time to a place that you likely won't see playing time?

Tough situation for sure. He could transfer, Haskins could get hurt and then he's kicking himself because he's be the guy at tOSU. Burrow would know best if he feels he can beat out Haskins as he's seen him on the practice field for the past couple years. Urbs does run a similar offense to Frost with the QB run game so you'd think Burrow might have a shot if he did in fact transfer. Lots of moving parts for sure.

He will have 2 years to play at whichever school he chooses to Grad Transfer to. Or he has 2 years left at tOSU.
