Good luck! It's a great place to live. The weather is awesome but the traffic can be a pain depending on where you'll be. Whereabouts in Colorado?

@Comfortably Numb It would be in the Aurora area, but we're mainly looking for houses in Castle Rock. Good god housing is expensive out there!  :confucius

Yeah, I don't know the housing too well down in that area but I imagine it's kinda pricey south of the metro. I'd suggest Parker but that's probably worse. Hope you find something you like reasonable.

Iowa to Colorado is a pretty big move.  Would your family like it?  It is a totally different vibe in Denver and Boulder.  

Castle Rock is nice but it is pretty pricey! Good luck!
