In before everyone bags on Herbstreit for a show aired over a decade ago. I like Kirk and think he's one of the most unbiased analyst out there.

Game Day was/is the best college show and all those guys on it were great in their own way.

Love it!  Congrats Scott!  It's great to see that Kirk has grown as an individual and sportscaster.  Anyone remember this?

@ladyhawke Far too many people still remember that and hold a grudge against him to this day.

@teachercd Gameday was great when it had a smaller time block.  When it was 1 1/2 -2 hours long, they were able to focus on the games, with a couple puff pieces built in.  But, now they have to fill 3 hours, and it just becomes too much.  It's still good to have on in the background, while I am doing stuff at home on a Saturday morning.

Oh yeah, it is way too long but now.  When it was 30 minutes is was too short!

HuskerNBigD-I was one of them but since 'Herbie' included Scott for one of his awards I can be big about it and forgive.  However, I still think it's hilarious and it still miffed me that he had a meltdown over the whole thing.  It said more about him than it did about Nebraska.  We couldn't help it that we have THE best fan base in the USA!!
