Has to be Texas. They really haven't had much success since the 2009 season. Over the past 8 years, they have a 53 win percentage, and won 9 games once. They once held a recruiting monopoly in Texas, and their new, stud coach just lost to a Maryland team going through turmoil/tragedy.
@The Dude I watched the game and it didn't seem as bad as the score. FSU scored a TD early in the game that was not called a TD and the booth didn't review it and also missed a field goal. In the early 4th quarter (when it was still 17-3) they fumbled the ball on VT's 10 yard line and throughout the game had a bunch of other stupid mistakes. FSU had more yards than VT. VT basically played like a VT team. They did good things on ST and didn't make many mistakes.
Miami's fanbase is fickle. They'll just go find another party. To a lesser degree also FS. Mich has an entitled mentality that still thinks they should be top 5 but their coach is an alum with chinks in his armor. Texas is Michigan on steroids and they have no loyalties to any coach. Seeing the distress of these 4 former top programs tells me that getting into the top 3 of college football (where Alabama, Clemson and Georgia are right now is no small task. SF has his work cut out for himself and the coaches. I hope he and our fanbase are up to the task.
